7. Completion of tasks on limited resources and impossible timeframe.
8. Changing the working hours and job schedule deliberately.
9. Holding essential information and back details that are needed in finishing the job.
10. Tripping, grabbing, pushing and shoving you at your workplace.
11. Attacking and threatening you using objects, knives and guns.
The Effect of Workplace Bullying
Workplace bullying and disruptive behavior mainly affect your performance and your work. At times, individuals that suffer from unwanted treatments are left with no choice. They file their leave and resignation. Some offices and companies adopt for the effective approaches to further eliminate the work setting. Other times, they cannot totally stop these problems that others still suffer from negative impact of workplace bullying and disruptive behavior like:
• Lack of self-confidence.
• Being unsuccessful and less active.
• Being depressed, scared, stressed, and anxious like entering the working premises.
• Creating troubled relationships along colleagues and workmates.
• Interested in stopping from or staying away from work.
• Lack of pleasure, passion and happiness to work.
• Suffering from physical signs such as headaches, breathing problems, sleep problems, palpitations and a whole lot more.
